Lost or Missing Orders

If the order is confirmed as lost, you will be offered either:

Damaged or Defective Products

Once verified, we will:

Incorrect Item Received

We will:

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
